Ismokraft Return & Refund Policy (Making Things Right)
At Ismokraft, we want you to love your purchases! But we understand that sometimes things might not be perfect. This policy outlines how we can make things right if you need to return an item.
Cancellations
Oops! Need to cancel an order? No worries, just let us know within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@ismokraft.com with your order number in the subject line.
If your order has already shipped, you can simply refuse the package and let us know via email. Please note that personalized products cannot be cancelled or refunded after processing begins.
Returning Items
We happily accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they're in their original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and neatly packed in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items like underwear, swimwear, or earrings.
Starting a Return
To return an item, just send us an email at support@ismokraft.com or use our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
Alternatively, you can request return from your account page against your order. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method you used for your purchase.
- Online paid orders: Refund within 5-7 working days to the same payment source.
- COD orders: You'll need to provide your bank account details, and the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days after cancellation. Alternatively, we can send the refund via UPI.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that don't meet our return policy.
- We may also limit, or refuse returns from customers with a history of frequent returns.
- It's a good idea to use a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
