Ismokraft Terms & Conditions (We've Got Your Back!)

Hi there, thanks for choosing Ismokraft! These terms and conditions explain how things work here, but don't worry, they're pretty straightforward.

Ordering & Products

• Everything is in rupees (₹) for your convenience, and we've already included GST so no surprises at checkout!
• We try our best to have everything in stock, but if something's unavailable, we'll find a great replacement and let you know.
• Orders placed on weekdays may take 24 hours to zoom out the door the next day! Otherwise, we'll get them rolling on the next business day.

Delivery

• We deliver Monday-Saturday, between 10 am and 6 pm. You'll see the estimated delivery time at checkout.
• Sometimes things can be delayed due to holidays or unexpected events, but that's rare. We'll keep you updated if anything happens.
• We use trusted couriers to get your gifts there, and sometimes they might use different methods for different parts of your order.

Payment & Cancellations

• We use secure online payments, so you can shop with confidence.
• We understand things change sometimes, but if you need to cancel an order, please let us know within 24 working hours of placing it.

Returns & Refunds

• While we don't currently offer returns or refunds, if there's ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us! We're always happy to find a solution that makes you happy.

Our Responsibility

• We handpick high-quality products, but we know tastes can vary. We can't guarantee the recipient will love it as much as you do, but we hope they'll be delighted!
• We'll double-check your order to make sure everything's perfect. If there's a mistake, we'll get in touch to fix it right away.

Liability

• In case of any unexpected delays beyond our control, please know we're doing everything we can to get your order there on time.
• Our main goal is to make you happy, so if something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the value of your order.

Jurisdiction

• Just a heads-up, any disagreements would be handled in the Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.
